A New Adventure!

Here I go on a new adventure, blogging about acquiring the necessities and indulgences for my family and sometimes my friends too :) As most of you know (or SHOULD know) I love a deal! I am never willing to take the price offered by a retail seller.   At stores my kids don't even ask, "can I get this" they ask, "is this on sale?" And now they have learned to add, "do we have a coupon?" For years I have shopped yard sales, resale/thrift stores, and clearance at the big box stores...and I will take just about any freebie.  I prefer to call my organized hording style a "stock pile" or "food storage" ;)  I also have bins of clothes for my kids to grow into because I can't pass up a deal.  Do you have any idea how much it really costs to feed, clothe, and raise 4 kids?  I don't, and I'm proud of it! The purpose of this blog is to post my deals, finds and tips so that I can pass the savings onto you!  I have to warn you though, I stink at spelling (I've used spell check at least 20 times in this post) and grammar and I hate writing!
